Assalamo alikom
Surat Aladeyatوَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ (10) Hosella means collected all the good deeds and the bad deeds including the hidden ones in the chest that only Allah SWT knows about and no human ,Jinn or Angels came to know .i.e. The secrets} the secrets of the soul { Nafs } not the secrets of the hearts , because the position of nafs is in the chest , as Allah swt said in surat Alnas يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ { he whispers in people's chest } then the net result of the good deeds and the bad ones is calculated and the net result is called Almuhasellah which leads the person in question either to hell fire or to paradise with Allah's permission Assalamo Alikom.
