Salaam, do any brothers or sisters know of any sites containg Quranic tafseer or commentaries in either English or Greek?

Just for your information, the tafseer (commentary) of Ibn Katheer that is available in English is an abridgment of the original.

Oh ok. So like, not everything in Ibn Kathir's tafsir has been translated into english yet?

The english translation of Tafsir Ibn Kathir is an abridgement, as the author didn't translate the narrations that he found weak. For more on this, read the introduction of the abridgement here.
