Default A indepth Word-for-Word Meaning of the Qur’an – Mohar Ali-

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

A Word-for-Word Meaning of the Qur’an – Mohar Ali-
*a must have for all Quran students!*

This 3 Volumes Book gives you indepth definitions to Qur’an words, while having the Qur’anic text right next to its side on the same page. This way you can recite Qur’an whilst looking at the meaning of words indepth right besides it!
This set places one or a couple of words of the ‘ayah in one line of a column and gives their meanings side by side in another column, taking care to see that the flow and intelligibility of the English meanings are not thereby lost.
Read a full overview of the book here.

Here’s an extract of how a page from the book looks like:

Does anyone know how this compares to Darussalam's word-for-word set?

I remember when I was deciding whether to get this one or the darussalam's word-for-word set, I looked into both of them for a while and came to the conclusion that this would be better for me. At the time I had started my Arabic studies and that had a big influence on my decision. I bought this a while back, maybe 3 or so years ago, and there were some other reason that pushed me towards Mohar Ali's book but I don't remember them at the moment.

This is a must for any serious memorises of the Quran. The format is very similar to the Hanswer dictionary.
