Default My kid can recite Quran better than your kid !

I am joking of course ...

I thought it would be a good idea to record the recitation of some of our kids and post it on the Multaqa.

It can be your child, nephew, niece, friend’s kid, student ... any body as long as it is a child.

It can be one or more children …

Attached is the recitation of Sura Adduhaa by my son, AbdulHameed, he is 3 years old.

After listening to it don’t forget to say: MashaAllah

If I do not greet back in writing then know I do it verbally because sometimes I am too busy and just want to answer the question.

Kitaab At-Tawheed - Shayk Al-Islaam Muhammed Ibnu 'Abdel-Wahhaab (rahmatu-Allaah 'alayh).

Chapter: 53
Saying: ''O Allaah, forgive me if You wish.''

Its reported in As-Sahih (Al-Bukhari) from Abu Hurairah (radia-Allaahu 'anh) that Allaah's Messenger (salla-Allaahu 'alayhie wa sallam) said:

''None of you should say: ''O Allaah forgive me if You wish; O Allaah, be Merciful to me if You wish; but he should always appeal to Allaah (Tabaraka Wa Ta'ala) with determination, for nobody can force Allaah ('Aza Wa Jaal) to do something against His Will.''

Muslim reports: ''One should appeal to Allaah (Subhanaahu Wa Ta'ala) with firm determination for nothing is too much, or beyond Allaah (Ta'ala).''

Assalamu alaikum,

Sister, he said "I hope," so the inshaa Allah is appropriate here, like when you say something that you deem to happen in the future you say it.. also like what is narrated in the sunnah when you tell a sick person "Laa ba's taahuran inshaa Allah." Or when a fasting person breaking his fast says "wa thabat al ajru inshaa Allah." In this case it's having husn al dhann in Allah.

W'Allahu a'alam.

P.S. Mashaa Allah la quwwata illa billaah, AbdulHameed's recitation was beautiful! My son still needs some time before he can do that, all he's saying now is "ba ba ba!"

My respectable sister Ummu Juhayna,

First of all jazaki Allah khier for your input on this matter.

Second: I believe you have a misunderstanding about this matter because Hadeeths need to be understood in the context as well as people's words so that a clear picture can be seen.

Scholar commented on the Hadeeths you quoted as it is Makrooh to use " Inshallaha" at time of making Dua'a for some reasons they have mentioned, no place here to mention. Yet, understanding Hadeeths and matching it with other hadeeths always give better understanding.

The example that my respectable sister ummessa mentioned is a Dua'a in itself as it means: May Allah make your sickness a purification from your sins, inshallah! and it has been used by the Prophet (صلى الله عليه و سلم). Hence, it is allowed to use it although the purpose of using such term may differ from one to another.

My use of Inshallah is to tell a fact rather than ( تعليق الدعاء على المشيئة). In addition, my use of" Inshallah" always a sign of my Husn Althan billah because I always believe that whatever Allah wills for me is the best for me. smile In addition, It is a fact that everything happens with the will of Allah therefore i have stated the fact rather than putting in it in the Makrooh form. smile
